Asian & Pacific Islander PRIDE Stage

Tita Aida’s pride and glory is the Asian & Pacific Islander Stage that she produces for Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Center during the annual San Francisco’s PRIDE Parade & Celebration. Since 2000, Tita Aida coordinates & hosts this 6-hour extravaganza of Asian & Pacific Islander showcase of talents and artists. Tita Aida has shared this stage with some of the biggest names in the A&PI pool of talents like international pop sensation, CoCo Lee, comedian Margaret Cho and pinay dance diva, Jocelyn Enriquez. RUNWAY, Mr & Miss Gay Asian Pacific Alliance (GAPA) Pageant

If you really want to get up close and personal with the wonton diva herself, this annual event will surely be your ticket to her budoir! This campy yet, empowering pageant for Asian & Pacific Islander queer folks who strut their stuff on the runway, interact with A&PI celebrity judges, gives you a taste of A&PI talents out there and the finishing touch… your rice diva as your ringmistress! It will be an unforgettable evening that you will be telling your soon to be gay nephew or lesbian niece that there was once a Tita Aida that walked on this earth. A Tita’s Mojito please!!! Tita Aida is part of the elite group of gender illusionists at the 3–star, world famous Cal-Asian fusion restaurant asia SF. Like any normal person, Tita also needs to create an outlet to be artistic and interactive. This is a good opportunity for her to do so! As a senior wait staff/hostess, she makes it a point that everyone is having the unique "asia SF Experience." Towards the end of the night, as she introduces the rest of the ladies of asia SF, she utters, " Please drink up – the more you drink, the sexier I will look!" From camp to style, Tita hosts and produces the competition that is dubbed as "the battlefield of the transgender supermodels!" This new modeling competition catering to the male to female transgender community. For its’ initial presentation, a sold out/ SRO house of 500 was left anxious for the next CATWALK! As your hostess, Tita will take you to the world of haute couture fashion and introduce you to some of the nation’s aspiring transgender supermodels as they sashay down a 60-foot runway in their cocktail dresses, swimsuit and evening wear! www.catwalkusa.com

Goddess of the World Beauty Pageant

Another new venue that caters to the transgender community that will premier in 2009, the competition exudes, beauty, intelligence, compassion, empowerment and advocacy. “Goddess” possess all these fine qualities of a vibrant and alive transgender community. Tita is the host of this exciting new pageant and she scrutinizes the National Costume Competition, down to the Swimwear Competition and praises the Eveningwear Competition www.goddess-usa.com
